I even waited until 10 minutes past the ready time on the app. I pulled into an empty parking lot drive-thru, expecting to go straight through (no customers at 5 or 6 pm on a Friday). Waited at the speaker 5 minutes after asking hello several times then another 5-10 minutes at the actual window before my food was even brought to the window. All I received in communication was a curt Night the window slammed in my face. Then I had to wait again as they still hadn 't brought my drink! I get long days rude customers: but I was neither! There were about 4 or 5 employees in the store (that I could see) 3 of them were playing on their cells laughing in the background. Not mad, but disappointed in the quality of service that has steadily declined over the past few years.
Original recipe was dried out probably from being in the warmer too long. Went there around 6, no one in drive thru lane or in lobby, guess the locals knew.
The food was good but the employees attitude was bad. A lot of cussing and acting
Pulled up to drive through and first thing they said was hold on so he could talk to his coworkers. Then he came back on and asked what I wanted and then I said 16 piece and he said hold on AGAIN! To talk to his coworkers. Then he said they didn’t have 16 pieces. It’s 6 o’clock.
