Taco Bell - Columbia

The bathroom was extremely dirty, with trash everywhere and nothing had been cleaned. The lobby was also unkempt. While the staff were quick and pleasant, the overall condition of the establishment was disappointing. I didn't feel comfortable at all.

I rated the food a 3, but that's mainly because I'm not a fan of Taco Bell and only came here because my friend wanted to. I gave the overall visit a 5 because it's not my friend's fault I don't enjoy the food. She loved her meal and was very satisfied. The service was great, and although there was a mistake with our order, the manager quickly made it right! The location is easy to access and conveniently close to the highway. I really appreciated the friendly service at the drive-thru.

I was in and out quickly, and the staff were very courteous—quite a contrast to McDonald's. The crunchy tacos were actually enjoyable, which is also a nice change from what you typically find there. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

When I unwound my soft tacos, there was so much acid cream that the soft shell stuck to the sheath. then the hard shells were all broken. food: 2/5

Why bother asking what sauce if you're not going to include it. Burrito was just shell basically. Fries were cold, soggy, and overly salted.Food: 1/5
