Avaliação da contribuiçãoI had a disappointing experience with customer service on June 30th at 9:30 AM. I went in to order breakfast, but the staff member who assisted me had a really unfriendly attitude. She looked at me with a mean expression and said it was still breakfast time, which felt uncalled for. I didn’t want to engage further, so I decided to leave. It’s frustrating to deal with such negativity, especially early in the morning. I noticed she was in charge of the drive-thru since she was wearing a headset.
The first time I visited, the food was quite good for a quick meal. The drive-thru experience was exceptionally pleasant.
The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The place wasn't crowded, which I appreciated. The only downside was the lack of hot water in the men's restroom.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They show to have on their menu sausage gravy biscuit for $2.29. Pulled up to drive thru this morning and ask for a sausage gravy and biscuit. Person on drive thru gets and attitude saying they don 't serve them at this location. Try to ask why is shows on their menu if they don 't have it and I am met with 3 very rude ladies yelling into the drive thru speaker saying we don 't got it at this location like we said now what else can we get you told them never mind and drove off. This location has always had rude people but I will never visit this location again.
