Little Caesars Pizza - Columbiana

Customer service sucks!!!! They never answer the phone. There have been multiple times I've called and more than 5 times during business hours and no answer

Asked the employees, in a polite way, if there was any way my pizza could be less greasy because the pizza they gave me was very nasty. They were bery rude about it and wouldnt even give me napkins. Then they stormed off into the back mumbling to themselves. Very gross pizza and bad attitude. Probably owners fault.

My husband and I have ordered from here via the app at least 3 times over the past year. The employees have always been nice and the store has been clean. We have always gotten exactly what we ordered and it was always warm. Using the app allows us to avoid any wait time as well, so I would recommend using it if you are not willing to wait.

Be prepared to wait at least ten minutes for some truly indulgent food!

We absolutely loved the thin crust pepperoni pizza! Everything was perfect—no complaints at all!
