My boyfriend and I went here and the ramen is amazing!! The tofu in the vegan ramen may have been my favorite tofu I’ve ever had… which is saying a lot!

Ramen restaurant with a vegetarian ramen dish that can be made vegan. The vegan friendly broth is miso based. I really enjoyed the tofu that they make.
