Burger King - Columbus

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. this is by far the worst burger king in the city. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries and the quality was so terrible that I could not even eat. the mayonnaise tasted on the sandwiches as if it had eaten all day and made me physically ill. I called three days to talk to a manager and they didn't return my calls. I went there waiting after 4 days and they said that I could only get a refund if I had the sandwiches. I threw them away. Why should I keep something in my house that made me sick? they said they could only replace the sandwiches, so I had no choice but to get them back. time to try them again, but if they make me sick again, I will come back for my money that I wanted to put back first.

I went up there after 4 days of waiting and they said the only way I could get a refund was if I still had the sandwiches. I threw them away. Why would I keep something in my house that made me sick? They said the only thing they could do is replace the sandwiches, so I had no choice but to get them again. Time to try them again but if they make me sick again, I'm going back for my money that I wanted back in the first place.

Can't give a zero. : Filthy floors, disgusting bathroom. Workers picking up trash off the floor with no gloves, then taking orders money cards. Drink machine is absolutely disgusting. Waited at the register for about 5 minutes while employees not doing anything just stared at us. Nasty, good luck

I had to pay for a replacement sandwich after they put cheese on a sandwich requested without cheese for my lactose intolerant child. The staff was upset when I asked for a replacement.Buyer beware.

Drive thru was accurate in getting the order correct. Food was hot and tasted great. Thought the hashbrowns were a little to grease tasting. Crossint breakfast sandwich was still good tasting.
