Avaliação da contribuiçãoAt the Columbus location today I waited 20 minutes and no one even spoke to me. Then an employee did come up and took names of the people standing inline behind me. When I said something she just rolled her eyes and walked away. I will not be back.
First time here...had catfish filets, baked potato, cheese grits, 2 waters...$30 ish. Went around 12 on Sunday, not to busy. Lady at the front was not very welcoming, looked as if she couldn't bother to be at work as she brought us to our table. Our waitress though was very nice and helpful! Place appears run down inside. Food was ok, nothing particularly outstanding. Cheese grits had no flavor, not even a drop of salt, hush puppies were super hot and tasty. One and done is good for me.
Bring your appetite!!! Complimentary hush puppies and slaw! Everything is SO good and the staff is so amazing! Love, love, love ezells!
I love the food at Ezell's is very good. Went today for lunch they're not taking cash they're only taking credit cards That's okay but the sad part is they're still charging everybody $3.25 for processing My question is why should the customer have to pay the money for their inconvenience because they're inconveniencing the customer by forcing everybody to use a credit card so you take that and multiply it by the amount of customers that they've had for the day that everyone had to use a credit card how much extra money is that ezel is pocketing. Also it's hurting the servers as well because people are not going to tip if they're having to have to pay that extra fee because ezell doesn't have enough cash to or problem with their cash. I'm just saying what all the other customers might think about so know this before you go today.
Catfish, hush puppies, coleslaw, and fried squash were all very good. Shrimp was a little underwhelming but overall good experience.
