Mcdonald's - Columbus

Every time I go to McDonald?s I try and go to the store just because of Ethan he always make sure my order is right and you would think your at Chick-fil-A the way he talks to you!! He is the most polite worker at McDonald?s and needs a promotion!!!

It took the front cashier about 10 mins to even take our order. When she finally did she was nice and polite. Just no one was helping her. They finally got our food out minus the drinks. Then it took them over 10 mins just to get my smoothie and frappemade. By then the food is cold plus they didn't give any cutlery. It was only a big breakfast minus the pancakes. I don't knowwhat was going on, but it was terrible service!!

Had not brought any cups that should be contained in a food dinner, did not provide straws, tables were dirty and we had to clean the table itself, no ketchups were provided at the beverage department, and müllcontainer were full and were not in the position to throw away ours. we noticed that the services went back every time we came.

This is probably the fastest McDonalds in town or at least the fastest I've been to. Lines are never long and you're in and out in no time! Great job!
