Sbarro - Columbus

This in no way tasted like the Sbarro I know and love! Not even the crust was the same and was really thick. What changed? Sauce was really bland and no flavor. Also the sauce for dipping the bread sticks was just like canned tomatoes...zero flavor. I only ate it bc I spent the money. What on earth happened to the original it was not that long ago?

Without a doubt one of the worst! Thinking this was going to be like Sbarro's of City Center Mall. Pizza looked very dry with flies buzzing it. Ordered pasta and salad, Romaine lettuce was brown throughout, pasta was not fully cooked with bland sauce...did not eat the salad, took about 2 to 3 bites of the pasta....We packed it up and tossed it. What a waste of $25.00...oh, one more thing, on the floor, outside the bathroom door was human waste...no kidding!

9/26/22, 11:59 AM: Superb free piece of Peperoni Pizza for your birthday! I also bought an order from ziti n meatballs for dinner, which I expect to be excellent. Quick, friendly service from Kyle c after my receipt! The lunch break was picked up. Kyle remained calm, professional and patient. Customers in the car thru, phone and business also remained patient. Unless Kyle c likes to work alone, I think it would be nice to have another employee there to support. No complaints, I'm back!! Way to Kyle c and thank you!!!

3/2/2022 6:24 clock this is a very nice and clean location. seating area is beautiful inside and outside. everything was clean and wiped. selection was a little low, but I assume that's because we came close to the lock. I'll be back. only the reason why I didn't have 5 stars is because we scattered and they have a very loud fan they hear all the time. it's not terrible that it's a lot.

My kids love the pizza, I love the drive through and they it is a different fast-food option. Week Every worker has been very nice. I would feel more comfortable inside if masks were worn especially by workers.
