Wendy's - Columbus

There is a gentlemen that has been working the counter the last 2 times I've been in there during lunch that is sure nice and awesome. The food is standard Wendy's quality. Very very clean place.

Food is pretty decent when I come to eat here. However, I’m consistently reminded why I don’t typically waste my time trying to come to this restaurant when there are plenty of options in Columbus.They’re either out of one of their main food products. Or their “machine is down” for making frostys, aka we turned it off 2 hrs before close so we didn’t have to clean it at closing time (which was the case tonight).

So I 've been to this location maybe 5 or 6 times. Never really had any issues. However, recently, I went inside and ordered a baconator. It wasn 't too busy, and yet I waited with a lady who ordered before me for about 20 min before I was told, Sorry, we forgot the sausage. It will be just a moment. Followed by, Your next meal will be free. After I left, I realized I didn 't receive a coupon or anything to claim my free meal. Hopefully, they 'll remember me. Lol. Aside from that, they had a great atmosphere. All was clean, and the staff all seemed alert, cheerful, and professional. Accidents happen, so I wasn 't upset. All in all, they 're a good establishment.

They give me a smaller sandwich every time I go there! I know what a Dave's double is and they give me a regular double stack. Twice its happened to me!

A place to mobile order and when we went through the drive-thru to pick it up the automated system told us that it was closed so we went to the drive-thru window and when somebody finally noticed we were there we told them we placed a mobile order. the lady who helped us kept rolling her eyes at me they had shut down their ice cream machine... I had ordered a frosty when she asked if i wanted something else I asked her what kind of lemonade they had she rolled her eyes again didnt answer me until i asked her 2 more times. Food was great. I could just definitely tell they were trying to close early or something even though it was loke 45 min until their posted closing time.
