Mcdonald's - Conception Bay South

I don't typically write reviews, but as someone who works in fast food, I felt compelled to share my experience. I was appalled to witness a supervisor mistreating an employee today. The harsh language and rude comments were not only unprofessional but also led to the employee in question crying. The atmosphere in this establishment is among the worst I've encountered. This supervisor's behavior was completely unacceptable, and she really needs to understand how to treat her colleagues with respect. After asking around, I learned that the supervisor's name is Ally. It's clear that McDonald's needs to take action regarding the behavior of their staff.

The food is decent but not particularly remarkable. It's suitable for a quick meal, but if you're seeking something more exceptional, I recommend going elsewhere.

I ordered through the app for curbside pick-up and ended up waiting longer than expected because of a mix-up with a delivery order. However, the manager came outside, apologized, and resolved the issue. It’s great to see that customer service is still a priority! On 02/20/2022, I dined in, and they are accepting vaccination passes.

This restaurant offers the typical fast food experience. The coffee is quite good, and the majority of the staff are friendly. There's a playroom that kids really enjoy, although it could use more frequent cleaning. Unfortunately, it often becomes a gathering spot for teenagers, which would be fine if it weren't for the use of profanity. Not everyone shows consideration for families with younger children. During the daytime, the staff does a commendable job of managing the situation. When approached about these concerns, management has consistently made an effort to foster a family-friendly and safe environment. However, the parking lot poses a safety issue that needs to be addressed. I've witnessed more than one accident there, and I don't visit often.

This is the second time I’ve experienced this, so I thought I’d share my thoughts. Both times I visited around 3 AM, when it wasn't busy at all. I ordered a plain McChicken meal along with 10 nuggets. Unfortunately, 6 out of the 10 nuggets were old and as tough as shoe leather. As for the McChicken, even though I ordered it plain, they included lettuce and didn’t bother to take it off. They also skipped the sauce, so it’s clear they knew it was supposed to be plain!
