Avaliação da contribuiçãoHad the spicy chicken sandwich and children hamburger meal. I would say it is really at least 3.5 stars, almost 4 even. the chicken sandwich is $16, which is defined on the high side of a fried chicken sandwich. the sandwich was crispy and quite delicious. not dry. not too small, but not too big. it was a bit on the salty side and that's from someone who eats a lot of salt. no sharp. the fries were excellent and crispy burger was decent. if the prices were somewhat lower, a few dollars less on the chicken sandwich, I would probably call it four stars. If you're in the opposite, you'll get a shot.
It's been awhile They have a really good gingerbread Manhattan you must try during the holidays!
Overall food was quite great. The dine in service was amazing and accommodating for those who have yet to get vaccinated to eat outside. The reason for my 4 stars was only because the menu was slightly confusing regarding sides on dishes however when I asked if I could put broccolini instead of fries. We ended up having to pay full price for the side as well as the main dish. The broccolini was even slightly undercooked and a bit bland. If they were salted and peppered or the parm that was used as garnish was salted more, it probably would have helped for me.The chicken sandwich, on the other hand, was superb and everything in it seemed well balanced and possibly one of the best that I’ve had yet.
Had the bone marrow Burger and spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious. Upgraded the fries to Mac and cheese balls. They have a lot of beers on tap. It was too much food for me. The **** Mary was pretty spicy. We sat on the patio/sidewalk with the heaters on and it was great, not too cold.
Today Veteran's day me, wife and daughter went to go eat at Eureka. This was one of the best spots to eat. Food and service was great before pandemic. First they forgot our fries we ordered. They brought all entrees except fries. This was just part of issue. The most upsetting part was waitress never came once to check on us. Our waters were finished and hoping for refill but waitress never came back after giving us our entrees. I spoke to Manager that service is terrible and fries were forgotten. Worse thing that resturant was not even full . Resturant was about 25% capacity. Manager said sorry but they don't enough staff and people called sick due to pandemic. I'm sorry but this resturant is not the same after pandemic. Things change but I never thought Eureka would be one of those things. Me and family agree and will not be coming here anymore. This is my opinion and expierence. Hope you have a better one.
