The restaurant is nice and clean, I really enjoyed their selection of desserts. My favorites were the mango bar, caramel bar, and Brazo de Mercedes. Everything was delicious!

I like the best-sellers here in Red Ribbon Bakeshop which are the Chicken Empanadas, Ube Ensaimadas, Butter Mamon buy 6-get 1 free, Yema Caramel Mango Supreme, Ube Overload, Triple Chocolate Roll, Brazo/Ube-Brazo Mercedes Roll cakes, Cashew Brownies,Taisan Slices, Caramel bars Mango bars!!! They're taste very awesome, and good on my budget

Ordered 2 mango supreme cake last weekend for pick up today May 27 at 7pm but my order is nowhere to be found. Staff in the store said that they don?t have my order listed. How can that be when I have a copy of my receipt that reflects the date andtime for pick up.... they offered to give me what is in their shelf.? Ano ako salin pusa... how sure am I if what is in theshelf is fresh. ? It just shows that their internal control is very poor. No matching of balances I guess. Cash in flow againstinventory? I paid and no order tallied. Hello management .... Please check .

I visited the restaurant on Saturday at 9AM and found only one server working with a few customers waiting in line. Despite the stress of handling it all alone, her dedication to serving was exceptional! I ordered three bags of ensaymada and a dozen chicken empanadas, but she unfortunately ignored my other questions and I left without ordering drinks.

Red Ribbon consistently offers high-quality products and pays attention to presentation. In contrast, Goldilocks appears dirty. However, I am frustrated by Red Ribbon's early closing time. According to Google search, they are supposed to close at 9pm, so it's disappointing when they close at 8:30pm when I arrive.
