Cm Korean Fried Chicken Ssong’s Hot Dog

Food was good. Chicken was crispy but they were stingy I mean real stingy with the sauce. I got the honey garlic and the yummy

I'm afraid I was a little underwhelmed by the food here. The fried chicken wings were small and overcooked to the point of dryness. The glaze sauce (soy garlic) was good sweet and sticky but let down by poor quality chicken. Two of us are lunch here (both got chicken wings and a drink) and for $55 including tip I expected a little better.

They have recently started skimping on the sauce. It used to be evenly distributed on the chicken but they kind of just dumped it on the chicken this time.

Not sure what happened to CM Chicken. Except if they started using organic chicken, it seems they use a smaller size of chicken or they over fry. It used to be soft with the right crunch. Now its all crunch and I am wondering where is the chicken.Hopefully they can go back to their cooking style at some point. And I only leave reviews because I like them

Paying $17 for 10 wings only to be given a chicken tender is more than a lil crazy to me
