Chili's Grill - Conroe

The food was delicious as always and the service was excellent.

Great location walking distance from my job. Lunch time menu was in effect and crispy chicken salad with Ranch was on the mind. We sat close to the bar, but in a booth. Waitress was nice, reasonable prices and a relaxing enjoyable environment..

Delicious food. Service was OK this time. It's usually great or fantastic. Look at the 3 for $10 menu. There's a large selection of lunch items. The 3 for $10 menu has been expanded to 3 for $11.99, $12.99, and $14.99. The photo shows what had been the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.

We had great customer service. Thankfully! The last few times we've stopped at a Chili's (not always this location) we've been disappointed. This visit was 100% opposite of that. Customer service great Cleanliness great Overall ambiance great .

Husband and I had a bad experience at chili's grill bar in conroe, tx last night, we were not satisfied with our waiter/ server (young, black guy) performance at our table in the bar area , so we moved to the main dining room with a different server which knew the problem we had with old server and she allowed him to bring our food to us anyway instead of her doing her job , he was disgruntled ,while putting our food down, our concern was he could have done something nasty to our food /coughed on it or etc ,so we had to flag our so called server down and ask for the manager on duty to express our concern, guess what the manager does to our surprise she brings over the server that we previously had a problem with, which did not make any sense for her to do, my husband asked her why did she bring that guy over to our table, that's the problem we were trying to leave behind so now there's conflict and words were had, but nothing serious , black guy laughing out loud being ghetto saying he didn't do anything to our food,etc then he left the dumb, blonde, incompatant woman, maybe in her late 20s was definitely not management material to rectify the problem which she didn't know what to do asking us what did we want done , while laughing not really taking the matter seriously, anyway she comes to the conclusion of taking the food back saying she don't believe her servers would do anything nasty to customers food,but she don't know that for sure, I was trying to tell her disgruntled vindictive workers will do anything for revenge and it just went over her head (she's not to bright) anyway we will not be returning
