Chili's Grill - Conroe

The restaurant was dirty, and everything we touched felt sticky. There was no hostess to greet us, and the happy hour menu was unimpressive, offering only two types of beer as options. Additionally, if you've been out of the country for 45 days, your rewards membership will be canceled for some reason. The overall experience was unsatisfactory, and I won't be returning. Rating: 1/5.

We arrived a bit tipsy and were eagerly waiting for them to open. They forgot to unlock the door, and as a result, everyone piled up in front—quite a funny sight! The food was amazing, while the drinks weren't quite to my taste; they were a bit too sour and sweet for me. Since we got there early, the chicken was exceptionally crispy and delicious! Overall, I’d rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I was a bit disappointed because this used to be our go-to place. Yesterday, when we ordered food and finally received it, the Cajun Shrimp Pasta did not look like the photo at all. The food was really cold, even though we arrived on time for pickup. We ordered five meals but only received one set of utensils. While it may seem like a minor issue, it's important when you don't plan to go home to eat. It would also be helpful if the app could notify us when the food is ready for pickup.

I had a better service with McDonalds. Came around 1:20 on the veteran day with husband (vet) and baby. I understand that finding a place for a car seat can be difficult, so I was patient. The woman sat at least 6 parties that came after us. Another young lady took us a stand and the woman had someone sitting in it when we went to our place. When I said something to the woman who did it, I got a “why didn’t she say something” reaction, although she looked at us that every time she came and got who went through the door. Needless to say we won't be back.

Going to eat with a toddler is always a scary experience. You never know how they will do! Upon sitting down, my 1 yr old immediately became fussy. A gentleman appeared very quickly, almost out of the middle of nowhere, with a small plate of fries. My toddlers meltdown was immediately over and he happily munched on his fries. Thank you so much for making our dining experience so much more manageable.
