Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Haven't eaten here in years. Was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and not overly expensive. Good tea. It wasn't crowded for a Friday night. Poor waiter said he hardly made anything because it was slow. It was kinda cool out that night. They have a big fireplace. Wish we were seated near it would have made for nice dinner ambiance.

Great atmosphere!! Luke the manager was very helpful! However the server we had wasn't very friendly didn't come to check on us very often. Had to ask another server for a refill which they didn't bring. Had to find management to even get a refill. I believe I'll give them another try only because of Luke!!

Went there during a busy time. Expected a wait. Was left to wait twice as long as the quoted time. Then was told they were waiting for one particular table to get up. We had 5 people and were told a four top with an extra chair would be ready soon. It wasn’t. We had to practically beg to be seated.Then after the long wait we ordered drinks and food all together to try and curtail an even longer wait at the table. That didn’t work. Once we got our food it was all cold. Melted cheese had hardened back into one piece since it was room temperature at best. The skillet that was served on an extra plate to avoid burning your hands would have been warmer after I held it.From the time we walked in to getting our food was over an hour and 35 min. So the cold food was just the salt in the wound. Not to mention the timing of everything around us was off. People had come in after and received their food before us. Other people that got there before us were left without drink and newer tables had their drinks.Will not be coming back. Probably the worst dining experience I have had in years.

Flown to the cracker barrel and never come back again. first it took 30 minutes to get our seats that I can understand because it is full, but it also took forever to get a waitress. then they don't have a laugh or fried chicken and when my family member said they didn't want anything that the waitress was rude and her eyes rolled. it took forever to get our food like an hour, and when we got it, it was all cold, even the chicken and dumplings. at this point we have paid and gone for our drinks.
