Nothing Bundt Cakes - Conroe

Just picked up my birthday cake and was HIGHLY disappointed in the customer service from Rae. We called prior to arriving to confirm the cake that was ordered days prior was ready. A box was brought to us from the back. I asked if we could see it before we left. I'm glad that we did because it was the wrong cake all together. She rolled her eyes and stormed off with the box. I let her know that we had the order number and that we called this morning to confirm. She didn't seem to care or even acknowledge it. She brought the correct cake out that was labeled and wrapped in celephane. What upset me the most was that she JUST TOSSED IT on the counter like it was nothing. If it weren't for my family get-together today, I would have canceled the cake altogether. Not impressed with Rae.

I like the cakes but service is very poor. I was forced to go there at least twice per kids’ requests but I dread each time as I am treated like a 2nd class citizen. I’ve been to several businesses that have treated me the same way. They judge a person by the way they look before they determine the quality of service to provide. Mine was always poor.

They have the best red velvet cake I’ve ever had. I’ll be visiting again and again!

The Bundt cakes are delicious. We usually order the lemon for any occasion. The service was very good and the girl was very helpful. I can't say anything about the ambience because I'm having my daughter pick up the cake.
