Was announced when they were working on my drink, but I never heard them announce it was ready or call my name. Only noticed when they started making jokes to each other about it being right in front of my face (not on the pickup counter).Thanks. I found it. And next time I'll find it somewhere other than Starbucks.
Worse experience ever at a Starbucks. Throughout the whole ordering I was rushed. I asked them to please hold on and to relax (not rude) and when I was done ordering someone else thought it was professional to ask if I said to relax. I did say relax because I was being rushed when service was slow. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.
The food is always great but our barista was rude because he didn't like his tip amount. TIPS are optional, we are NOT your employer who pays your wages and your tip is usually the value of your customer service. Plus you don't know if the customer actually has enough money to give you what you may well deserve. STOP THE ENTITLEMENT OF TIPS or TIP AMOUNTS
I went to the subway next door and they refused to give me water. So I went here to Starbucks and they gave me a full water cup at no charge. Amazing!
Been spending too much money here over the last couple years. The staff have always been pleasant and my drinks are always consistent in taste, whereas some locations the taste can vary. Hands down, one of my favorite locations in the area. Parking can suck when they are busy, but that is the norm for SA area.
