North Wales Dutch Pancake House - Conwy

Situated within the grounds of Conwy water Gardens the Dutch Pancake House is a real treat! Our party of 4 enjoyed both savoury and vegetarian pancakes followed by a selection from the sweet pancake menu. Service was friendly and food delicious. If you enjoy pancakes then the Pancake house will be a winner with prices about average. Due to popularity it is essential to book ahead.

An excellent place for great food and first rate service ….. Our favourite “eatery” in the region!! An amazing choice of pancakes cooked to order! My favourite is the Indian or Raspberry served with whipped cream

Visited here on a Saturday afternoon, it was fairly busy however we were shown to a table quite quickly. I ordered an cheese and ham omelette and my partner ordered a savoury pancake. My omelette came which was very plain, a small amount of cheese and a few tiny pieces of ham. I would have expected slices of ham and not tiny little chunks. My partners savoury pancake was incredibly thin and lacking fillings. At over £6 for one single pancake and £7 for a small, filling less omelette I found it to be very expensive. We came away quite hungry and with a bill of over £20 with drinks. Strange atmosphere and location.

Took my Sister and my best friend for an afternoon out as I'd always wanted to visit. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were amazing and we all had such a good laugh with them. The pancakes were enormous, delicious and, whilst on the expensive side, well worth the price. If I could have coaxed my sister to stay I think my friend would have joined me in a second pancake. I visit my sister in North Wales every month and can happily see myself calling in quite a few more times so that I can work my way through the many different flavours. To the staff, thank you all so much for giving us such a warm welcome.

It was a nice pancake but very basic and over priced. Not good enough for us to go back I'm afraid. The little woodland walk and water gardens were nice.
