Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles - Conyers

I didn't even have the chance to dine here. Had reservations for the place at noon on Mother's Day. Got there and they had no record of the reservation and they said that they aren't on Open Table. Even show e the person the reservation on the app. The wait time was at least an hour. We left

With my wife and our oldest daughter just spending family time and wanted a new place to eat!

Food was great. Didn't like the butter and syrup mix. But the food did come out hot. Staff not attentive. Too many employers standing behind the counter having casual conversation to include what looked like the manager in plain clothes. It took them too long to clear plates and check for refills. It also seemed staff did not know how to adjust to customers with children. Overall we would come again for the food but they should really improve their service if they want referrals and return customers.

Looking for early morning Chicken Wings and Waffles. Found what I was looking for at 8am on Saturday Morning. Wanted to order other things on the menu once I say it but I knew the Wings and Waffle would be enough, which it was.

Today was my first day in the restaurant. I order a child meal for my daughter and the nani plate. I'm asking for a cheese and even tipping the nice old lady in front. as soon as I picked up my order and went back to covington, I noticed that there was no one in my eiern. call the restaurant to reimburse the old dame, told me I can get a refund as long as my food was not touched. I came there and the young lady with red braid told me I won't get a refund and told me that nobody else I can talk to. I try to grab my food and she put her hand on my hand and pull it away from my food. then grab my food and put it behind the counter. I'm calling the police because I couldn't believe that the young lady touches my hand and pulls her away. I thought this place would be a nice place, but never go to this place again. Stay away!
