Sushi Station - Coolum Beach

I recently discovered this wonderful gem on the main beachside road. I frequent this place for their delicious sushi and sashimi, and it never disappoints. I enjoyed it so much that I even took some photos when I plated it at home. Absolutely delicious!

I have dined at this restaurant multiple times over several days and each time was consistently enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the Hokkaido miso ramen soup with tempura vegetables - the flavors were fantastic and the textures were perfectly combined.

Pork Gyoza was served, tasted ok wasn’t outstanding though and could have been hot as was only warm when served. Ramen unfortunately didn’t have a strong broth, I felt the dish was watered down and lacked flavour.

Simple Clean tasting Japanese food we had a range food of BBQ Beef, Teriyaki chicken, inside out Salmon summer rolls and Salmon Sashimi., also tuna rolls for my son. The food was all excellent fresh and well made, I am a qualified chef with years experience a Sunshine Coast local and I would not hesitate to recommend this place, Oh the beer on tap was great to.
