My pizza was a bit undercooked and the staff was more interested in speaking with each other than taking care of the customers.

My Pizza Hut order was on time and just as I ordered it. The staff was very friendly. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes.

Pizza arrived way later than expected. Almost 2 hours. When I called the guy seemed to not show any concern for my situation.
