Avaliação da contribuiçãoCame here at 12pm and ordered food? it was taking a long time however I was on the phone so it wasn?t a big deal. Then a girl comes out to my car to tell me that that system is down and they have my order ready but they can?t take my credit card payment and only cash. I do not have cash! So the manager comes out who was extremely rude .. fake eyelashes, looks like she is wearing a shower cap (not a food net).. and starts arguing that she can?t help me. She said ?It just went down!? ? ok I underStand it just went down, however, I?ve been waiting 23 minutes for you to tell me this ?? She then shows me her phone to prove she?s been on hold with the credit card system people for 14 minutes? like what??! So basically instead of coming to me when it went down, they had me wait 23 minutes to tell me this?? I get things happen .. I fully understand that. Customer service skills are important and without your customers, you wouldn?t have a job. Work on hiring managers that have customers service ethics because I can guarantee I will never be back to this location.
I come to sonic every so often and never have a problem but today I came twice. The first time the girl with red hair and braces was very rude and didn?t let me finish my order and kept cutting me off and got my order wrong in the end. The second time later in the day, the whole staff walked out before closing time and left everyone stranded and waiting.
If you like to be serviced by people with attitudes, this is the place to go. The young lady with braces and red hair taking orders has a really bad attitude. I called and spoke to the manager, hopefully he will really do something about it.
I got to give a shout out to my girl Jasmin with the butterfly eyelashes! She was so sweet and smiled and was so welcoming I couldn't believe the customer service she provided at a sonic out of all places! Everytime I do go to this location it's always a good experience but Jasmin made my day! She was funny and she working because it looked like she was the only one in drive thru and she was killing it! So she needs a raise because she did such a great job!! Shout-out to my girl Jasmin with the fancy eyelashes!!!!
I had this location at a 5- star and I am now changing my review to a 1 star. I went to take my 10 year old for ice cream on the last day of school for getting AB Honor Roll and as a sigh of relief that school is over for the school year and the summer has officially started. I sat in the drive thru was asked to hold on as another patrons order was taken. I mean rightfully so they were there before me, however another vehicle pulled up after that patron and they proceeded to take that person's order. Then I pulled up to a space because by this time I was aggrevated. I hit the red button sat there for 15 minute looked at the screen where hit said I had to hit the button again. Now at this point another patron that had been behind me in the drive thru has pulled into a spot because now the same thing has happened to him. He too hit the button and no one ever came on the speaker same as me. So I now I hit the button for a second time and watch the exact same thing happen to another person. Only this time the gentleman didn't pull into a spot he drove right up to the window. I am unaware of what followed after that. Now I have been at this place since 12:20pm and my order just got taken at 12:58pm. I can tell you alot of people drove off today. The only reason I was still here was to write this awful review.
