Wendy's - Cordele

I had the best Wendy's experience ever at this restaurant. The service and food quality were excellent. The fries were perfect, and all the sandwiches in our order were delicious.

This restaurant is terrible. Everything is dirty, it takes a long time to receive your food, the drink machine is broken, and employees are quitting and walking out in frustration. Avoid it at all costs.

The most experienced employee working the counter put in a lot of effort to provide good service to all customers, but the other workers did not assist her. The food was average. The chili did not have beef, the peppermint shake lacked peppermint flavor, and the chicken sandwich was slightly overcooked. However, it was better than being undercooked, I suppose.

Atmosphere at this store leads you to believe that they have to serve customers but they really don 't want too. Cashier was hard of hearing or couldn 't follow the order, so repeat several times, burger was dry with older buns. Fries was cold. Overall fast food.

A typical Wendy's here in Cordele , the facility is clean . The food doesn't wow me . I only come here occasionally when I want Chili and a Grilled Burger . Food is OK but a little bland and boring to me personally . Service is Good , the staff is friendly and will take care of your needs.
