Crumpy's Hotwings - Cordova

I love Crumpy?s, decided to try a new location today through delivery and this is what I received. I didn?t request extra crispy or burned okra, just fresh and lightly seasoned. The extra star was only because the wings weren?t that bad.

Ordered online. Food was ready when I arrived. Ordered xtra hot wings but they weren't very spicy. Flavor was good just wish they were more spicy...

I frequent often throughout the week (during the day) and the food/service is usually decent. Today was my first time going on a weekend. If you?re thinking of patronizing this place on a Friday or Saturday, DO NOT DO IT!!! The cashier who was supposed to be only handling the money fixed my order because they were short staffed. With my wings literally in the box (she was holding the box) while looking me dead in my face at the pick up window, she confirmed that I wanted seasoned wings. When I got home and checked my order, there was not a dot of seasoning on my wings and barely any on my fries!!! The wings were awful, I was literally given a handful of fries, received NO veggies the service was TERRIBLE. They were PACKED with over 10 customers waiting, the cashier sent a cook to the store to get vinegar. I called in my order and was given a wait time of 35 minutes. When I arrived I had to wait an extra 35 more minutes. Please save yourself the headache. It truly isn?t worth it.

The worst service ever. Store needs to be shut down! They overcharge me for everything! Even 50 stands for extra sauce. I ordered a 10 piece whole wing combo and was told I?ve never got charge for a drink. And all I pay $24 for a 10 piece whole wing no drink and no condiments!

The catfish is so tender and crispy! And the sides are fabulous. They?re updating the menu now, I heard, and I can?t wait to see what they come up with. I hope catfish and catfish nuggets make the cut!
