Taco Bell - Cordova

I would leave 0 stars if possible. This is the closest Taco Bell and I seemingly give chance after chance. This taco bell regularly closes at random times and when they are open, you're met with unprofessional employees that are usually seen sitting outside in the parking lot and (unfortunately) seen with incredibly low sagging pants to where underwear is extremely exposed. Today, I placed a normal order of 2 soft tacos, a beefy melt burrito, and a Chipotle Grilled Chicken Burrito. After I paid for my meal, an employee came to the window and said they were about to close (7:45PM) and did not have any product to make the Grilled Chicken burrito and could make an additional Beefy Melt in exchange (which isn't a problem normally). I agreed and shortly after he came back to bring me my food. I get home and open the bag. Both soft tacos were ONLY meat and a tortilla. I opened the Beefy Melt Burritos and they only had beef and rice. They were missing cheese, sour cream, nacho cheese, and the tortilla strips. Unfortunately I will not be going back anymore.

Another night of the "System Down "This is very sad and inconvenient. The customer service is already poor at best now another excuse to not do your job.

No ice and I ordered a large drink, because it’s 100 degrees out. WHY on earth will you let people order hot drinks when they walk in looking exhausted and obviously needing a cold drink? They never called my name, so after waiting for 15 minutes, I came to the front and it was just sitting in the back. Obviously food was no longer hot. They seem to have forgot to put any cinnamon on the cinnamon twists. A bunch of teenage boys just hanging around inside the building, too. They had food and drinks from somewhere else. Really bizarre. I hate McDonald’s but would take McDonald’s over this place. Do yourself a favor and cross the street to go to McDonald’s or Zaxby’s. Food bad, service worse, atmosphere even worse. They get an F.

Food is always old or cold and they never have the breakfast menu out they expect for you to memorize it or guessTerrible for this area

When there to dine in, but was closed for no reason. Only drive-thru. I proceed to to the drive-thru only to be told they are only serving tacos and burritos. Unacceptable!!
