Taco Bell - Cordova

This location ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. ever since 2020 they've gone downhill. Idk who their manager is. They decide to turn off exterior lights the very moment it gets dark outside. They wanna make everyone think that they're closed. Sorry but how do u think you can do that and get away with it??? They cancel orders for doordash customers and say they're closed. TERRIBLE mangers here obviously. New staff needed ASAP. Ppl who actually appreciate having a job.

Says open till 1 A.M on google but they said they close at 12 A.M in person but wouldn't serve me at 1150 so they already closed serving people even earlier. This needs to be fixed on google and the hours need to be correct.

This Taco Bell and ONLY THIS Taco Bell absolutely is the worst taco bell. Been to this taco bell twice. First time they told us we could have items unless ordered on the mobile app. But after we questioned them about why they agreed to make them. Literally a week later came back and ordered the same items and were told the same thing. They refused to make our items because it’s only available on the mobil app. HOW MUCH SENSE DOES this make. After questioning them again they expressed extreme lack of customer service by laughing through the drive thru speaker. They then explained that they were a franchise Taco Bell. Which is understandable. But when has it ever been a smart thing in customer service to loose customers due to the fact you refuse to make an order due to the fact it’s on the mobile app. I have worked in the service industry my entire working career. That’s just Bad business period. The item in question isn’t something seasonal. It is the ingredients used everyday so only offering it on the mobile app is ridiculous. I will not return to this Taco Bell. I will drive two miles to the other one for better customer service and where they are happy to make there customers happy. Totally disgusted with this experience.

All of our food tasted old or like chemicals. I've never had food taste like that. We threw it out and couldn't even eat it. The service was no good.

After being told from another taco bell nearby that they were out of beef, I drove to this location with over 15 minutes left until it closed. Got to the drive thru speaker and they said THEY WERE CLOSED! Over 15 minutes left?! I drove around to the pick up window and no one was there. Why?!
