Yo Philly Cheese Steaks

The Philly Special is the best. I highly recommend it with the sauce that takes the flavor over the top.

Me and my family of 5 were looking for something quick and easy before our drive back home. Looks can be deceiving, because the inside of this place was awesome! My bf is a huge Eagles fan, so it was cool to stumble upon this place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I took pictures of the sandwiches but forgot to take pictures of the cannolis! They got devoured before I could. Definitely check this place out if you’re close by!!

The food was fantastic....Me and my wife like whole in the wall places and it does not look like much from the outside ,but it's clean on the inside all Philly decked out,The smell of the food...so yummy...Worth the stop...you won't be disappointed bring your appetite

Hot, sweaty and hungry after a morning tour of the USS Lexington on a summer day in Corpus Christi, we were thrilled to find Yo Philly just a few blocks away. Unassuming, no frills, clean location that is a dedicated shrine to all things Philly. I can only imagine what a game day during the NFL season is like. The service was friendly, helpful (especially for this first timer) and fast! The food was hot and tasty. We had a basic cheese steak no onions (for our older teenage son) and two the beast from the east cheesesteaks. Got the combos with fries and a drink. The fries were seasoned just right and I enjoyed a side of brown gravy with mine. I also got a side of the not so hot pepper relish which was fabulous. Just the right level of heat and sweet that was the perfect compliment to my cheesesteak. One warning...southerners beware....as an authentic Philly transplant their iced tea is UNSWEET. I 'll give them some grace because the rest of our meal was amazing!! If you 're planning to visit Corpus Christi, definitely put Yo Philly Ceese Steaks on your must do list.

Just WOW!!! I recently relocated from PA. The food here in corpus is better overall however I needed comfort food! I figured I'd have a cheese steak and compare to back home. Upon my arrival, I felt this place had a shot! Vintage pictures of Philly and the age old argument of who's cheese steak is better. So already I was excited. The slang from the owner all but relieved me that this place might have a good Philly cheese steak sandwich. Well,,,, boom the owner delivered our food himself and I must say. Absolutely fantastic! The short wait we viewed all the pictures on walls, and memorabilia. Then I see my food, I'll add the pic. Completely AUTHENTIC cheese steak like you were in Philly , and the seasoned fries yummy...Well done we will be returning soon....... Thank you for your service !!!
