Mas Veggies Taqueria - Corte Madera

Veggie Grill’s newest offering is delivery-only taco truck style grub. So far I’ve tried the Baja fish tacos and the tejano style burrito. Very flavorful, and the fish is flaky, the tejano is hearty. Can’t wait to try their other offerings. *edit* 05/12/2022- can order for pickup as well through their website or DoorDash, still can’t order in person. Updated from previous review on 2021-03-20

They finally made it to where you can walk in to the Veggie Grill to pick up food instead of ordering through a food delivery service. Anyway….. I was near by and opened app. Ordering was pretty straight forward and easy to figure out how to order. I had the chipotle carnitas burrito, Full of beans, rice, jackfruit and veggies. Mushroom asada taco with crimini mushrooms. Should have ordered 2 taco, they were that good! For desert the Belgian chocolate cake was really good. Looking forward to my next trip here.

Mas Veggies provides a nice selection of vegan tacos and casual Mexican cuisine. It's the type of spot I wish there were more of for those times when you need a tasty meal in a hurry.

I absolutely love the food here! I'm really happy that Veggie Grill introduced the Mas Veggies menu. I always order the Tejano burrito but substitute tofu for the Tex Mex meat. Updated from my previous review on November 9, 2022.

I also placed an individual order for a combo ($7) that came with a small side of rice, drilling (not quite sure what this is, perhaps a typo?), and vegan queso, which was delicious! The restaurant itself has a great vibe, is really clean, and offers outdoor seating for those who want to bring their furry friends along. I enjoyed my meal in a casual, camp-like style (alongside my dog) when we were feeling super hungry. It really hit the spot! However, next time, I might opt for fewer toppings on the carne asada tacos, as they were a bit too much for me. Overall, it was a great experience, but I would prefer to try them again without so many extras. By the way, I noticed some lively Spanish music playing in the back where they cook! I’d also like to give a shoutout for their friendly service, especially for families and kids.
