So rude! Sighing while taking my order like it was a inconvenience that I asked about the drinks because I have only drank the same drink for years so I was trying to find a different kind. Awful customer service !
We had to wait in line in the drive thru. Seemed like it took 5 7 minutes. There were 3 cars in ffront of us. Then we had to wait awhile for the coffee.
After frequenting numerous Starbucks locations for years, I've come to expect a certain level of positive quality and customer service that ranges from good to excellent. This location does not have it. Most recently, I ordered a drink. It was not only the wrong drink but only half full. Mistakes happen, but someone there just does not care and your customer should not be your quality assurance team. In addition to the lack of common courtesy and manners, it will not be a location I frequent again.
This use to be an amazing place to get coffee for my husband and my matcha. It's goes great when a perticular staff are working but lately our drinks are very inconsistent and not made properly. I can't drink dairy or oat milk so I get coconut milk and three times they made it with exactly that oat or cow milk and not the coconut milk I get twice a week there. It's a waste of good money to even go there anymore it's so sad.Dietary restrictions: It's very important to get ingredients right. It could be deadly for someone with allergies and not just sensitivities
