Weird experience. Hostess seemed aggravated when we walked in, like we were inconveniencing her by arriving to eat dinner. We asked for a somewhat quieter table because the music was loud. She proceeded to put us at a table directly under a speaker…smart! Didn’t get to the food because we left after 10 minutes of going deaf
We had a pleasant experience at this establishment for a birthday celebration, and we would like to express our gratitude to our exceptional server, Sarah, for her remarkable assistance and cordial demeanor. We were delighted to be seated on the patio, which offered a delightful view. However, we regret to say that the culinary offerings did not fully align with our personal preferences. The Mama's casserole, in particular, lacked sufficient seasoning, and the chicken was excessively dry. Additionally, the steak, which was ordered medium-cooked, exhibited a chewy texture. We found that the overall flavors were somewhat lacking, although all the dishes were salty.
When they say shareable, believe them. Unique dining experience and excellent service.
So this was our favorite place for many years! Then we had really bad service twice in a row. Perhaps it was the younger people that were in charge those nights that didn't understand the meaning of good customers service. We decided to give it another try after 2 years. All though the portions seemed to be smaller then before, the service was great!!!! Scotty our bartender was AMAZING!! We were celebrating my Dad beating the big C word!! It's where he wanted to go. Thank you so much Scotty for making our experience great again! We will be back!! Cheers to great customer service!
