Terrible in every way. Order was incorrect, the food cooked to a crisp and barely warm and the toilets filthy. The only decent thing was the WAY OUT …… Never again ..
I have had two bad experiences with this KFC recently so it’s safe to say I won’t be going back. First experience 22.03.2023… "The door bell rang and when I opened the door the driver had left the food on the door step and was driving off in his car. Not very sanitary but no big deal. When we opened the bag we were missing two full means and a coleslaw. I tried to ring KFC and got diverted to a voicemail service stating that if I have any issues with Just Eat I need to contact them directly. I paid £2.49 for delivery and a service fee of £1.83 and didn 't receive the food I ordered. The agreement was for four meals and only two turned up. Also I didn 't get to enjoy the food that had arrive because I spent a good hour driving to KFC to try to sort out your mistake. If Just Eat 's policy is just to do nothing when a representative of their company ruins someone 's meal then unfortunately, I will not be giving you my business in the future. Second experience. Supercharge didn’t arrive. I called up to complain and the young gentleman worker who answered the phone said they can’t do anything about it because the delivery is with a third party. He then went on to say they didn’t put my source in because all of the staff at KFC are stupid.m and hung up. Which seems a fairly true statement if you ask me. I now understand what KFC stands for. Kentucky Fried Check you orders.
Omg how dirty is this restaurant. Ask someone to clean a table and they do not want to out their hands in water. Chips and food everywhere. No one cleaned in a long time.
No complaints about the food, but when it takes half an hour for your food to arrive, it's hard to give even a one after been here. It took one girl in glasses to come round the tills to get things sped up, she was the one bit of credit I would give. The staff otherwise seemed all if they were all new starters as they didn't seem to know what they were doing and spent too much time just talking amongst themselves.
