The parmo was extremely greasy, I have never seen so much fat on a dish before. The ordered onion rings were small and not very tasty. The only decent thing was the salad, which I didn't even touch. The wait time was longer than expected, but it would have been better if the food was good. Overall, the meal was disappointing and it is likely to result in a stomachache. I do not recommend this restaurant.

We have been ordering from this takeout restaurant for a few years now. However, in the past few months, there has been an issue with missing items in our deliveries, like missing chicken or chips. Because of this, we are hesitant to order from them again. The woman who answers the phone is also very rude and seems uninterested in taking our orders correctly. Overall, the service and accuracy of our orders have not been up to standard.

I ordered from this restaurant, but they did not provide the food and claimed they do not deliver in my area. They still deducted the payment from my credit card. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.

My time to eat here was the personal friendly, the chicken parmo was unreal super crispy, not too much bechamel sauce and charging cheese and was not at all fat! very good parmo it was totally surprised I expected on average best!,. also the homemade coleslaw and chili sauce was both really good, that is the small touches that makes the difference I would recommend to everyone to try a parmo there.

I have used this takeaway for years without a problem, little delays on food at times but food has always been good, until recently, estimated wait time is an hour and hours later the food arrives, is alway COLD and never check allergy information....I always order online through there website where you receive discount, always order the same every week and the price never changes, but this week when the driver arrives suddenly they want more money than the cost of the online order, when i queried why, I was told the ticket had been amended because we ordered more sauce, which we DID NOT. the driver rang the shop and they said we ordered sauces to go with the kebabs, well we DID NOT, why would we when the sauces ALWAYS come within the price. We will not return to be ripped off again, a shame as it is a good takeaway but to argue with the driver and show him the online price and not be belied , well say no more, we WILL NOT be returning. I feel utterly disgusted
