Burger King - Coventry

Very nice staff very polite and so neat and clean, dining area so perfect. Enjoy the good food, will go very soon.

The toilets here are absolutely disgusting and someone needs to go in there once in a while. The toilets are brown and have a couple of inches of lime scale, the hand basins are brown and appear to have never been cleaned. If this is the state of the toilets I worry about the state of the kitchen where the food is cooked. Maybe a visit from environmental health is long overdue.

MrsC and I recently had a disappointing experience at a Burger King near Coventry train station. Despite being intrigued by their vegan options, we were not impressed with the quality or taste of the food. The fries were small, cold, and lacked flavor. The burger did not resemble the advertised picture at all, with dry buns and unappetizing vegan bacon and cheese slices. The patties were also dry and lacked moisture. Overall, we were disappointed with our meal and regretted trying the over-processed vegan options. We won't be returning to this Burger King anytime soon. It was a lesson learned to stick to real vegetables for a healthier choice next time.

I'm absolutely disgusted by the state of the toilets in this restaurant. I can not believe how dirty for one the sink is. That's just the beginning of a complete failure of hygiene. I asked the manager who was responsible for cleaning the washroom. He told me the staff were. So the staff that are cleaning the washroom also work in the kitchen (cross contamination) this should never happen.
