Buffalo Wild Wings - Covington

Kylie the “manager” messed up my order and told me that I need to switch food with somebody else at my table. Then she told me that she wasn’t going to bring me my correct food. Never will be back with a attitude like that AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO HER EMPLOYEE

Service was horrible our server who’s name was Savannah told us it was buy one get one free which was not true and instead of coming to tell us and apologize for her mistake sent another waiter out to the table to tell us instead very bad service and was not a good experience at all will not be going back here any time soon

Continues to go downhill. The last couple of times I've been here, I've been disappointed. Today, we didn't even bother. We waited for 10 minutes, saw the hostess twice, who sat one of the 3 groups ahead of us (at 1:30pm). There was lots of open tables, many of them covered with dishes from the previous visitors. It's just not well-run. Too bad, because we like the food.

It was a wonderful experience watching the game and having delicious draft beer!! The wings were a 10/10

Didn't start cooking my food until my wife was almost finished eating and only because I asked where was my food did they begin my order. the chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. they charged for the dipping sauce. had to ask for napkins. we won't be back.
