First, the adress listed is wrong, it is located on Juarez (also known as the transversal that goes from downtown to the other side of the island) just east of the gasoline station located on the corner. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this place has great food for excellent prices. Very rare to find tourists there, but the locals love the place. Don't even try to eat there after church on Sunday, closed Monday. Their best seller is a deep fried shrimp sandwich (torta) for 38 pesos (about $2). They are usually very busy and only open until 3pm. Fish tacos are AWESOME. They use mayonaise freely so it may be more that you are used to, so order mayo on the side. Limited English spoken, but the guy behind the cash register does, so he can help you.
