Pizza Hut - COZUMEL

This place is a solid no. when they immerse, is water drops from the deck on the floor (no eimer). the girl there today could not take care of less. She told us to get our pizza, so I asked for a menu. She said there is no menu what they want. I found out later that it was a menu on the wall in Spanish, so it would have been nice of her to translate. she told us to pay and sit in front. we chose our own seat. they gave no cutlery or glasses. we were brought our pizza fast, but honestly it wasn't the cleanest restaurant. the workers need training!

They had delivered a different pizza than the one I had asked, they delivered a new one to change the mistake, but they returned the wrong ones, omg that is ridiculous

We ate here two nights to save some money and have something to eat that would know and eat my picky food. They took an hour to get our pizzas. server were in order, but they don't bring them to refill unless they call them and ask them...for them, and even then they take them back to them forever. pizza was a little over boiled, but we were so hungry that we ate it without complaining.

After 3 weeks in Cozumel we felt like having a non -Mexican meal. This Pizza Hut was like any in Canada or the US. I had a soup starter which could have been served hotter but was very nice and tasty The pizza was as...ordered Even though we asked for a 1/2 Hawian and 1/2 meat lower. Service was very good. We would eat here again.

I just needed a snack and it was perfect for filling the homesick, fast food, craving I was experiencing.
