Turns out that you have to check in at the store (mind you, i checked in at the app to notify them that I am in the store)! I mean, what is the point of ordering online when the service is essentially ordered in the restaurant? Shouldnt there be a poster to notify that those who ordered online ought to check in in the store as well? The manager that time just played it down while I lost some precious time that I will never get back! I saw in the monitor that it was being cooked, so I waited, aparently for nothing! Just pathetic.
The worst kfc point i have evere been. They dont respect inside customers. If you order inside you have to wait for about 1,5 hour and always something is missing in your order !!!!! What a shame !!!! Only delivery customers count for them!!
Pathetic service. Had to wait 1.5h to get my order. Take out delivery guys had food in an instant but we had to wait so long.
I ordered on the app and ending up leaving the restaurant with a cash refund having to go elsewhere as I stood for over an hour waiting with it not being very busy inside the restaurant, with drive thru and Deliveroo orders being prioritised. I was 1 of a few standing for over an hour to be told our orders would be another 30mins to an hour. The guy behind me who was well down the pecking order complained and got his made up straight away along with extra food given as a good will gesture, i only got offered a standard refund. I very rarely use the portadown store for this exact reason, other fast food restaurants can cope with 100 times more people ie Mcdonalds Herrons etc. More staff needed and better training.
The chips were soggy, the chicken was undercooked, and the gravy had no flavor. I will not return to this restaurant.
