The Snowy Owl - Cramlington

The food at this restaurant is top-notch, the ambience is nice, but the service from the waitstaff is slow.

Usually a pleasant visit was, but ginger haired girl behind the bar was extremely rude and unpleasant. We had a request to the weekend contract offer, she was abrupt when she then began to call to someone in the middle of the conversation with us, then we got blinds from the girl after the decision to place our order with someone else. Usually visit a few times a month, but to be honest, this visit has to visit me in the future. Teach your employees Manieren! Other than that, food was very nice.

On Father's Day, we enjoyed the three-course menu at this restaurant. There were many options to choose from, which was nice. My husband prefers smaller portions, so he asked if he could just order one main course, to which the staff agreed. However, when we received the bill, we were surprised to see that we had been charged the full three-course price for just his main dish, which we found to be a bit overpriced.

I have visited the Snowy Owl multiple times. The food and service provided by the friendly staff were consistently excellent. The menu offers a wide variety of options that will likely satisfy most diners. I definitely plan on returning.

A nice afternoon of easy dining. Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing atmosphere.
