Restaurant La Menara - Cran Gevrier

Everything about this restaurant was a delightful surprise, from the splendid décor inside to the steaming aromatic plates of delicious food. Our whole family finished everything on our plates, a first for us! Combined with the friendly welcoming banter, we enjoyed every minute of this North African taste delight!

The people were extremely friendly but did not speak English.The food that we ordered was good in taste, the Couscous was really delicious along with the chicken and fish.What was disturbing was the peculiar smell that the restaurant had.Would not recommend going forward.

Really lovely restaurant - the most delicious couscous dish we've had for ages. Very friendly owners/staff willing to accommodate our requests - such as a child-size meal when there wasn't one on the menu, and extra merguez/meatballs.

Went for dinner with family. Warmly received by the owner. Couscous dishes are delicious and plenty. All this in a lovely decor. And all served with a big smile. Music was a little too loud, but the owner tuned it down a little when we asked. Recommended!
