Pizza Hut Cranbourne

Customer service is very poor, and the personnel is rude. We bought two pizzas from Tuesday meal. Both pizzas were burnt and I don't know when you guys take out pizza from oven and pack in the box, even after looking at pizza condition you guys pack it straightaway.

Ordered 2 pizza and buffalo wings total $60 on uber eat. Over Prices, and too small portions. Not much meat on it.No more order from this shop.

I've been ordering since this last post, and I have my pizzas on time, very hot. what I ordered, and the supplier was very nice and friendly and ordered to get them out of the front! I waited over an hour and no pizzas? my son went out and they were on the floor and went cold! I was apparently on the phone that they sent me a sms? I checked her 10 minutes after her departure. they said they knocked on the door. that's a lie! I've got two curtains coming out where someone knows each other. they refused to replace the cold pizzas! they refused to give me a refund! so they are treated after using the same shop for 10 yrs and I could not understand the man very well, except that he did not say any food, no refund! and the pizzas were all burned. and as you can see, I had to heat our pizzas to eat them as they were cold.

Have I hired a Margarita pizza or an ashtray? the pizza was completely burned and looked more like coal than food. I am better to help with this “pizza” to launch a fire for my bbq.
