A&W Restaurant - Cranbrook

Can't review as we just went in and we're not even looked at for about 5 minutes so we left. Not enough staff clearly and only worried about the drive-thru.

The wait time was extremely long at the restaurant. I ordered 2 wraps, but one of them was missing bacon and the other one was broken at the bottom.

My friend ordered a bacon ranch chicken wrap and they left out the bacon, who does that. Preposterous

A bit small. Gets crowded about 4pm when the kids get out of school. There were a lot of flies inside the establishment. Staff seems to suffer from a bit of ennui; our offer wasn't exactly prepared properly. The one in Cranbrook is better.Vegetarian options: They do have the Beyond Burger. It takes an extra 10 minutes to prepare.

I stood at the counter for 5 mins before anyone came to serve me and there were no other customers in the drive through or at the counter. Then the man that served me looked homeless with holes in his shirt that was nearly see-through. He took my money and without washing his hands, immediately started to prepare my food with his dirty hands. To top it off, I get my food to find that he upsaled me on my drink which I didn't ask for, to get more money out of me. I will like never be back to this place
