Once upon a time, more like 3 days ago, we arrived at this place with our minds set on fun and relaxation for the teambuilding party. The first night the service was ok-ish i would say, we had decent food and drinks and it was plenty. Also we were told to not listen any loud music after 10pm because we will upset the neighbors (although we rented the entire building and this was a remote location). But the big surprise had yet to come: the breakfast. We were around 45 people and they “prepared” different setups of food for limited group of people, like: 10 portions of scrambled eggs, 14 fried eggs, 5-8 pocket rolls with meat and vegetables, sweets and some salad. We asked them why they come up to that and how are gonna proceed if we don’t like to eat something that was put in the front of us. Can i not choose what to eat besides some sweets? And the girl, who was serving, told us that she was following instructions and if we wish to change what to eat, just go to the other person and change the food with them. I was stunned by this reply. Also, the next morning was the same treatment but with way less food. Another thing, they locked up the location after 8-9 pm i guess, and when we returned from the winery, we had to call them to enter the building and no one was at the reception desk. This is a hotel, why you need to lockup the place? We had keys to our rooms so.anyway. In the 2nd morning, the staff was not pleased with our presence and i felt a little hate gazing toward us shooting from their eyes. We did nothing unusual, we did our best to not disturb the location or the neighbors and still got wrongly accused directly by one moody girl in the staff that i disturbed the location the other night and she was angry at me, although it was not me. Another thing, be careful to get you ID’s back from the reception, because the lady from there got one ID from us and never returned it back, although they have a strong policy of not keeping the guests’ personal items (like ID). Ok, it was our fault too to forget it there, but the staff had the ID right on the front desk, near the keyboard and they had like almost 3 days to return it to us. We had to go back from the border to get it back and we lost 3 hours of road. To summarize, the location was ok, but not the best value and the staff was not fit for the place.

Rooms clean, good beds and bathroom, tasty food, friendly personnel. Nice swimming pool with sun beds and bar. Good location for day trips. Village with supermarket are within walking distance. Music around the swimming pool a bit loud (you cannot ignore the monotonous beat) and same songs repeated every ~30 minutes.

Personal efectiv habar nu are. Vin 2 sa iti ia comanda, amandoi scriu, iar la sfarsit tot nu ai nici jumate din ce ai comandat. Extrem de scump pentru a primi astfel de tratament. Camerele au fost foarte ok, dar ce tine de servicii, nu ai la ce sa te astepti. Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 3
