Ordered kebabs many times without issue. Today, ordered as usual, got home, no salad! Called them, the curt response was, you didn’t order it with salad. I explained that I never have stipulated it should be with salad, and, their own menu states ‘All our kebabs are cooked on a charcoal grill, traditionally marinated and served with salad sauce’ The response from the person at the telephone was far less than professional, they claimed it was my error. When I questioned this and stated I would never use again, I was accused of being rude and they put the phone down. Needless to say I will never visit again and suggest that they offer staff some kind of customer care training Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is nice, but the portion size for the kebab is really atrocious! There’s hardly any food for £10 worth, didn’t even send salad. Unfortunate because it is quite nice food!
