Avaliação da contribuiçãoI visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch. The interior is beautiful and the patio looked nice. The menu is simple and easy to understand. I ordered a potato taco and the "No Country for Old Men" dish. I enjoyed the potato taco, it was a great vegetarian option. The "No Country for Old Men" was just okay, a bit too vinegary and the brisket didn't really stand out. The chips and salsa were delicious and fresh. The chicken tikka empanadas were decent. I felt like the "No Country" taco and empanadas were a bit too complex, making it hard to savor the individual ingredients. The rice, on the other hand, was bland and my husband thought it tasted like microwave rice. I didn't like it either and sent it back because of some burnt bits. The staff didn't seem very concerned, they didn't comp the dish but offered to re-make it. The service was okay overall. The prices were a bit high but typical for the area and the portions were reasonable. Overall, I probably wouldn't choose to return to this restaurant.
This restaurant is a great addition to the dining choices in downtown Crown Point. It has a modern and fashionable atmosphere, a fully stocked bar, and some thoughtful details. The service has consistently been top-notch. While I wasn't a big fan of their queso, their guacamole dip is outstanding. I find that one taco is usually sufficient. They do mix up the menu from time to time, but I particularly enjoy the No Country for Old Men dish.
The main theme of this restaurant seems to be sweet and affordable. They offer creative combinations of ingredients that are safe to try. Everything I sampled was of high quality. The must-have item is the pastrami nachos, which are the best deal on the menu. They have a decent beer selection and their margaritas are top-notch. Our server was very attentive but not intrusive, creating a friendly atmosphere. For those who enjoy tacos and want to try something new, this is the place to eat. You can upgrade anything on the Taco menu to a quesadilla or burrito for a small charge, and you'll get at least double the amount of food. Overall, I have no complaints and will definitely be eating here again.
We chose to dine at this restaurant before a wedding and it was very busy and crowded, but the service was excellent! Refills and chips were brought to us without having to ask. My friend and I tried two different tacos, as well as one of their potato tacos. The potato tacos were not what we expected, but the Born to Kill tacos were amazing! If we return, we will definitely try some of their other options! The drink menu was accessible online via a QR code, and the Great Cats-Bee beer was also very good! ????
I apologize, but I strongly advise against ordering the California Love Tacos. They were so bad that I almost left the restaurant. Please remove them from the menu before someone gets sick. It is not legally permitted to serve such poor quality food. Thankfully, the chips and salsa were okay. The water was definitely tap.
