Anyway, I was greeted by friendly staff and alfx was really helpful, especially when ordering as I had to use a voucher. they get salat with any pizza order that is standard.
My friend had something to eat here and so we decided to visit her young son. we came when it was opened on Sunday. at seating, we were told that we should order from our phone, although there were many employees available to take orders. it was bizarre, as eating today is more relaxed when they were opened after the lock. the waitress took our order, but I saw other tabs trying to navigate their phones to order. we got every single pizza with salat and her son a vegan pizza, as it is milk unbearable. my margherita was nothing special and I didn't like the crust or the dough. the salatable was fresh and I enjoyed it. we've ever got a dessert chocolate brownie for me and my friend the triple chocolate cookie. both were beautiful, I have to say. the bill would have been very expensive if we had no offer, so I would say to only come here if they were lust on bog standard food or if the buffet is up. eating is not worth the prices they charge whatever.
I had a wonderful surprise at Pizza Hut! They had a 2 for 1 offer on Tuesdays, which my friend and I weren't expecting. It had been years since I last visited Pizza Hut, but I'm so glad we decided to go. I got a delicious gluten-free Pepperoni Feast pizza to takeaway, while my friend enjoyed a non-gluten Hot 'N' Spicy Veg pizza. The customer service was excellent, especially the friendly and professional female staff member who assisted us. She was a lovely lady!
We did not make a reservation and arrived at the restaurant on a Thursday evening at 7 o'clock. We noticed people leaving and expressing their frustration as we entered the restaurant, which had plenty of available tables. When the waitress asked for our party size, I replied that it was just two of us. She informed us that there was a 30-minute wait and that only card payments were accepted, with orders placed using a phone scan. I explained that I couldn't do this on my phone, to which she responded that the waitress could manually enter the order since not everyone had smartphones. I pointed out the empty tables and questioned why we couldn't be seated immediately, but she explained that they needed to be cleaned. Despite the rocky start, our waitress was friendly and cheerful, which improved the rest of the evening.
In general, the pizza buffet was good! However, there was a noticeable lack of staff and some customers were complaining. I must give a special shout out to the manager, San. She was absolutely amazing and worked incredibly hard to keep the restaurant running smoothly during peak times (like the busy Saturday buffet). I was so impressed by her dedication and hard work – she was multitasking like a pro, doing the work of several people all by herself while still making sure customers were happy. Her commitment to her job was truly admirable. I think she deserves some recognition for her outstanding efforts. Well done, San!
