Noodles Company - Crystal Lake

Fantastic. Even if they were busy, they could keep everything under control and keep it. I'm back! I have cheese bread that was a little and they came with a whole new one without asking. Great customer service!

The team at this point is wonderful! I had a problem with a previous visit and they went beyond and beyond to make it right! The food was delicious! All were friendly and accommodating. Great management! 0 stars for soggy paper straw YUK- but that has nothing to do with them;

I love Noodles and Company, but sometimes you need to wait a long time to get your food. I guess they have so many orders to go and many put orders that they sometimes seem like they don't have enough staff. These rush hour moments people tend to forget things like a fork. I give them the advantage of doubt.

We eat here a few times a month and always had a consistently good meal. We order online for pickup and our order is always ready and waiting for us. The staff here is really friendly and the place is always kept clean.

Great place to take a bite to eat. The noodles tasted really good. Had a great time here with friends.
