Avaliação da contribuiçãoI looked on Trip Advisor for this restaurant after we found it, it wasn't listed, so I listed it!We just happened in to this new micro mall, there was a Burger place that was recommended to us, However as the valet took our car to be parked, I spotted a little Bistro, it was inviting looking, open to the plaza, clean and truly a nice little spot. Yet it was empty. We decided to glance at the menu and see what was offered. Though listed as Mediterranean as Trip Advisor did not have Tuscan in the choices. It is like a blend of some French and Some tuscan style dishes. The Chef came out to speak with us, and tell us how the place is new and we are welcome to please try the menu. So of course we sat down. The Waiter was great as was the Host. Made us feel right at home.As our wine was brought to us, they also brought a plate with a gorgeous cream Feta and Olives dip and toasted pita chips. The taste was amazing. For an app, we chose a Cheese and Ham platter that was served with delicious Figs, Red Grapes, Olives and a variety of cheese from Feta, Roquefort, Camembert, Gouda and Gruyère. A nice smoked ham and a Serrano. The whole plate was well presented, and extremely fresh. For main course, on the menu was a Salmon Carpaccio, served with a lemon oil and Green Apple slices, I also had a Tuscan Salad hat was made perfectly with the Dried Cranberries, Red Grapes and fresh greens. Truly amazing. My wife order the Ravioli, they were stuffed with crab and served with a beautiful Cream Sauce. My Sister had the Fettucini served with a creamy portobello sauce, the portobellos were cooked to perfection, still holding that wonderful meatiness that makes a portobello so tasty, her boyfriend had the Muscles, and said they were perfectly cooked, with an awesome red sauce that though I do not eat muscles, looked delicious. As a home chef, I believe that every element looked as if hey were cooked with care. The entire experience was absolutely worth going back for. And we were even given a personal invite to there Oct. 28 opening of their brunch.Kudos to the Chef and to the Owner of this nice surprise of a restaurant.
