Chipotle Mexican Grill - Culpeper

I came in today and watched so many rude and demanding customers pass the line before me. Staff smiled on their faces and remained patient and friendly, while they cheered every odd/rude request to make online orders and keep the ingredients in the background. I don't practice bad customer behavior at all, but I wanted to let everyone know you're doing a fantastic job. It takes a lot of patience to work with the public. Thank you. My meal was delicious.

I love Chipotle. I usually order to pick up. You never got wrong orders. I will say the only thing that could improve would be the cleanliness of the inner dining area could use an improvement

Last night at 9:00. This place has great customer service! The man on the line was really nice. Hispanic boy. My food was made perfect by him. Would recommend this chipotle to others. The best time is at night because the crew is perfect! The checkout was also very friendly and full of joy. I could say the other cashier was pretty new. Some of you have to actually realize that these are children working the night shift and they try it best. (P.S Chipotlae is not a real Mexican restaurant)

Dez '21 We have the chicken bowl and a double wound burrito with chicken and steak. The chicken has actually improved since this place is open. Being dry, but now is tasteful and juicy, but the steak was not so good. I actually had to shoot three separate lumps of Gristle. I used to enjoy the garden Salsa and the corn, but now they are both loaded with purple onion. Service for take out was fast, even with online orders still in streaming. You don't have your own delivery, but Doordash is in and out all day.
