The reason for not five stars is because their respect for others lies on the ground on which they go. I was there last night 10 minutes to 9:00 (8:50) when they closed at 9:00. They saw how I got up, and immediately they locked the door. Fortunately, they keep the drive/travel open. I ordered a vanillashake that came with whipped cream mixed with some lint. I also bought 2 burgers and some fries. When I opened the bag there, a cross on the napkins, followed by the burgers and the frits on the side, I tried the frit up and tasted well, although it was most likely on the ground because it was crunchy dirt and lint with it, and now in my mouth. I saw people manipulate this place. Me? I'm not going back there?
Staff was friendly. How ever drive thru always make you park and wait food. Secondly bathrooms always have a sign not working ever since pandemic.
This Carl's is pretty good. We had to go through the drive thru, which I don't like because the inside was closed. I consider that just lazy. But the food was very good, just as I expected. We love their burgers and fries. What I don't like is having to go through the bag to make sure you added the sauces you asked me if I wanted and I said yes. Now, that is not good so get it together. The food was hot and very good.
I love a Carl's Jr burger from time to time, but DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I stopped in for lunch while I waited for my car to be cleaned at the car wash next door. Ordered a medium #2 no luttuce, onion, tomato and pickle. Food came out and the onion rings were hardly warm and not even close to crispy...like they usually are. No big deal, I ate them anyway. Went for the burger and noticed no cheese, so I went to get it fixed. The Manger Antonio without hesitation or looking at anything, told me I wasn't charged for the cheese and it would be 86 cents. I tried explaining to him that the #2 comes with cheese standard like it reads on the menu...w/cheese) and it doesn't say anywhere on the receipt calling for no cheese. He told me if I wanted cheese, I have to pay... overall he was just acting unprofessional and passive aggressive with me for no reason. I am upset at this point but hand my card over and he charges me .66 not .86 for the cheese. They tried to throw some cold cheese on my now cold burger, but I asked that they replace it so the cheese will melt. I have been in many types of eateries all over the world and I've never seen a manager act like this. He made me feel like a criminal trying to steal cheese. This manager has absolutely no business being in any kind of management role that has contact with the general public. If Carl's Jr corporate/ownership sees this, you should really check in on this location and check in on this guy. #shameful
